These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "You") and mbakad ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the mbakad website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account, accessing our platform, placing bets, or using any of our gaming products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and refrain from creating an account. For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
You must be at least 21 years of age or older to register an account and use the Services. You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria. mbakad reserves the right to request proof of age and residency at any time, and failure to provide such documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You are permitted to create only one Account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual or household are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and confiscation of all balances. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP or passport), date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.
You must immediately notify mbakad if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security. mbakad is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You may not share, transfer, sell, or lease your Account to any third party.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations and ensure platform integrity, mbakad requires all users to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals. You must submit a clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued identification document—either your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or passport. The name on your identification must match the name on your registered bank account or e-wallet.
Verification typically takes 5-15 minutes during business hours but may take up to 24 hours during peak periods. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of the first deposit may be subject to restrictions. mbakad reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) or proof of payment method ownership, at its sole discretion.
mbakad accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banks: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia). We also accept deposits via e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment methods must be registered in your own legal name and match the name on your mbakad Account.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet deposits. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 10,000,000 to Rp 50,000,000. Most deposits are processed instantly and reflected in your Account balance within seconds. Bank transfers during off-peak hours or weekends may take up to 30 minutes.
mbakad does not charge fees for deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or any supported e-wallet. However, your bank or payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully KYC-verified, and you must have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit. If you deposited via multiple methods, withdrawals will be distributed proportionally or according to our internal policies.
mbakad processes approximately 95% of withdrawals instantly, with funds typically arriving in your bank account or e-wallet within 5-15 minutes. Withdrawals to BCA, BRI, and BNI accounts are prioritized for fastest processing. First-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts may require additional security review and can take up to 24 hours. Weekend and public holiday withdrawals may experience slight delays depending on bank processing schedules.
Standard withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per week. VIP members at Gold tier and above enjoy elevated limits—Platinum and Diamond VIP members have no daily or weekly withdrawal caps. Large withdrawals exceeding Rp 100,000,000 may be split into multiple installments for security and compliance purposes.
mbakad is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to use mbakad as a money transfer service by depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without placing bets is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
mbakad offers various bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, VIP rewards, and special promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements (typically 5x to 30x the bonus amount), eligible games, maximum bet limits while wagering, and expiration periods. Full bonus terms are published on the promotions page and must be read before claiming any offer.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus bets must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 10,000,000 in total bets before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-50%.
Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, colluding with other players, placing opposite bets to circumvent wagering requirements, using betting patterns designed solely to release bonus funds, and exploiting system errors. mbakad reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel bets, and confiscate winnings if abuse is detected. Repeat offenders will be permanently banned.
All bets are subject to acceptance by mbakad. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet before or after acceptance without providing a reason. Bets are deemed accepted once confirmed in your betting history. If a bet is mistakenly accepted at incorrect odds due to technical error, mbakad reserves the right to void the bet and refund your stake.
Sports bets are settled based on official results published by the governing sports body (e.g., BRI Liga 1 official league table, Premier League official website, FIFA). In cases of disputes, mbakad's settlement decision is final. Dead heats, abandoned matches, and postponed fixtures are settled according to standard betting rules published in our sportsbook section.
Live (in-play) betting odds change rapidly during events. There may be a delay of several seconds between the live action and odds updates. Bets placed after the outcome of an event is already determined (late bets) will be voided. mbakad is not responsible for third-party live stream delays.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration law.
